A privacy-first iPhone app
The app reads only the HealthKit ECG recordings you choose to share. Core waveform processing happens on your iPhone. No account is required for ECG import or analysis.
ECG recordings and analysis stay on your paired Apple devices. Optional feedback and diagnostics may be sent to Sentry. You can delete imported recordings and analysis from the app.
Clear medical boundaries
ECG Tracker+ provides informational measurements and visualizations. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, detect, confirm, rule out, screen for, or treat any condition.
Measurements are presented as estimates. PAC and PVC labels are possible pattern flags. Signal-quality scores describe recording usability, not clinical correctness.
Read the methodology and claims policy for more detail.
How the guides are prepared
The ECG Tracker+ Editorial Team writes the educational guides for people who want to understand the measurements, practical limits, and questions raised by their recordings. The team reviews primary guidance from Apple, professional cardiology organizations, regulators, and peer-reviewed research.
The guides separate app-generated estimates from clinical conclusions. They are educational material, not individual medical advice or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
